There are two known issues with Win64 at this point and that's not one of them. One of them is that you will need to install the HASP (key) driver manually if you're using a hardware key.
The CD, however, may not autostart on some systems if the Intenret Security settings are too high. There is a batch file (Start.bat) on the CD that will run the CD installer manually, in this case. You may double-click it or use the Run command to run it.
If that fails to work (unlikely but possible) you can manually run the installation part of the CD (not the leadin stuff). Let me know if that's necessary.
Hi, I tried and no success to install Eagleware on Win64 OS. I have been told that is because the software is not a 32 bit but rather 16 bit. But you said that you have only 2 known issues and I am sure that the software is running on win64. I am still searching...
Wondering How this problem was resolved? I have a new 64 Bit Machine and am having trouble. I was told by Support that realease 2006.1 is the only version that supports 64 Bit. mm
Version 2006.10 is the first version we have tested to run on Win64 (in 32 bit mode). Authorization is still problematic (this is fixed for our next release) but other than authorization the program itself runs fine.
