spice models are generally given in ascii lib files we could rename for some softs into txt files.
I have been surprised to see that the Linear Technology LT1227 (and other) text file is now a xml file into your linear3.xml model file.
Why did you convert everything to xml ?
How can we read a xml file in a nice way ? (notepad displays all codes) ?
Do we need to convert each ascii file to xml prior to simulate ?

How, in genesys environment, when you want to place the lt1227, can you see the xml content ? This is very useful to read the pin assignment of the lt1227 (1=+,2=-,3=Vc+,4=Vc-,5=out) ?
It was easy in 2004.7 which allowed to preview the content of the file.
