While I think this is probably doable with the equation functionality, I believe the appeal is wide enough to suggest a built-in or library function.
When performing certain types of analyses it is not uncommon to end up with more than two ports when you really want to analyze a two port (using additional ports with EM simulations to inject bias for instance). The built-in functions for "K" for instance complain that they only apply to a two port.
Instead of complaining in that form, they should suggest a measurement of K(port1,port2).
