Multiport coaxial switch selection

Question asked by reseng on Mar 14, 2012
Please help me to select coaxial  electro-mechanical switch for freq up to 26.5 GHz with 3.5 mm connectors. In our measurements we need possibility to connect PNA-X to the three different meas configurations (two different probe stations and coaxial meas). Switching will be performed only in the cold condition. If I understand right to implement this we need one switch driver (11713B 24V) and two four port switches.
In specifications I found a parameter "Average power" and it usually 1 W. Is this limitation only for the RF power?
RF signal planned to be biased with high DC voltage (Vds=80 V) expecting relatively high drain currents (GaN power FETs characterization) so complete power will exceed 2W. And we don't have pulsed bias yes.
Can we use Agilent 8767K for our setup? Could you give me a hint if Agilent has switching solution which suits better our needs?

Thank you and best regards,
