Hallo,
I have the following problem:
in Cadence, there is a port ppwlf whose voltage behaviour is described in a specific file.
Trying ppwlf in the simulator Adssim, I get the error message:
"While evaluating expression 'Port1.SRC1.V_Tran':
incorrect number of function argument"
Can you help me?
Regards
Roland

I believe you may be using The Dynamic Link or RFDE or Golden Gate Not sure which one) with Cadence.
It is hard to figure out what is going on without the CDS.log file and other detailed information. But, the error message it comes from the use of the ppwlf which is a sourceType parameter that was changed in CDF. Cadence analogLib version might have change the CDF component parameters order of "psin", sourceType parameter, thus giving you an error. You are welcome to send me the netlist if it is in spectre-like format and I can run it here and see what the issue may be. Again, I am responding late, so I am not sure if this is still an issue for you.
