my serial is wrong in MY account

my serial is #4775 NOT #4776.I write to the support, a mail was send to me.It said:Your account on "Eagleware" has been deactivated, most likely due to changes made to your profile. In order to reactivate your account you must click on the link below:

after reactivate ,I login. It said,
Could not find a match for your email address (****) in our main corporate database.

There are a few possible causes for this:

You are not yet in our database.
You registered with a new email.
We have multiple records for your email address.
If you have just registered, it will take up to 1 business day to validate this address and connect it to your records in our corporate database.
