When I hit the calculator button to re-trigger the simulation in HARBEC, sometimes the plot comes up with the notice "Less Accuracy." Why is this, and how can I improve the accuracy?

This message (also "Partial Convergence") means that the answer Harbec is providing did not converge to within the AbsTol/RelTol parameters specified, but that the answer appears to be within acceptable accuracy limits as determined heuristically by Harbec. If this is a high power device, you may want to turn down the Tol parameters by an order of magnitude or two.
If you are running Version 2003.03 and have not downloaded SP3, I strongly recommend it, as SP2 & 3 primarily have HARBEC fixes.
