I'm looking to create a non-linear model of an N-channel MOSFET and I'm curious as to the difference between the various models included in the non-linear menu (other than a few obvious parameter differences). For example, I'm looking to use an N-channel MOSFET, but there are MOS1, MOS2, MOS3, and MOS9 to choose from. How do I know which one to go with?
Thanks

Often, the various models apply to certain devices in a given manufacturer's product line. I'd actually recommend approaching the question from a slightly different direction... Let's begin with which device do you wish to model, then seek the appropriate nonlinear model for that device. We may find that it's already included in Genesys, or we may find that we can obtain an already made SPICE model from the manufacturer (which Genesys can utilize via a SPICE model link).
