How to prepare load pull data file with extension .lpa ? or where can i download them?

It's not quite clear what you're trying to do from the limited info in your post. But I got this info from one of our Load-Pull experts.
Please reply with more details in case this does not answer your question.
The Loadpull utility allows you to import measured loadpull data from Maury and Focus microwave loadpull systems. The Maury loadpull data have file extension as .lp while the focus has file extension as *.lpd.
To import these data files into ADS, Start Loadpull utility from
ADS schematic page > DesignGuides > LoadPull > Loadpull Measurement Data Import Utility
Select the file format as either Maury or Focus.
Click on " Select Loadpull Data File"
Click on " Browse Button" and navigate the browser to Select the load pull data file ( either Maury or Focus ).
After the Loadpull data file is selected, click on "Open" button in the file browser.
Click on " OK" button in the Data Format dialog box.
Change "Untitled_Loadpull" in "Output File Name" field to some other name e.g. "Maury_Loadpull"
Click on "OK" button.
The "Prepare Loadpull Data " button in the Loadpull utility main window will be activated. Click on this button to prepare Loadpull data.
It will take few minutes to prepare data, on completion the Maury_Loadpull.lpa file will be created in your local project directory.
Select the parameters for which you want to generate loadpull contours from the Measurement Variables field and add it to the Trace field. You can add as many variables as you want.
Click on Generate Contours Button.
Place Smith chart of the data display
Plot contours. Please note the measurement variables name will be modified in the process e.g. the variable by name Eff_% will appear as ZEff. This is because the measurement variables have special characters. To see the new name of the variable, Select the variable name in the Trace field in the loadpull utility window and the corresponding variable name will appear in the Data Display Variable Name field.
Next time if you want to generate the loadpull contours for the same loadpull data file. You need not preprocess the data file, You can simply Select Loadpull Data File > Loadpull Output File > Browse and select the Maury_Loadpull.lpa file created in the steps mentioned above.
