Use the Data File Tool from the Tools menu. You can export your 3-port S-parameter simulation as an s3p file. You want to select the dataset containing the 3-port S-parameters, then select "Write data file from dataset", select "Touchstone" file format, "S" data type. Choose an Output file name and select "Write to File". You should now have a s3p file.
I did what you said but I had an error.
It's "output file name cannot contain blank characters".
What do I have to do?

I have done it successfully!
Thank you and thank you so much!
