1. Importing spectre models into ADS
2. How to assign model to a transistor symbol

You can find information about improting Specre Netlists here:

The second question can be answered in several ways depending on what you are doing so I will mention two common scenarios:
1. The transistor model card is on the schematic and the instance name is "bjtm1"
2. You have a netlist with the model and then the model starts for example like this: .model bjtm1 NPN
Then on the BJT component symbol make sure Model=bjtm1
