Can I import a .cir file into ADS?

this file contain a BJT transistor's spice parameters.Can I use those parameters in ads and how?

You can import the following flavors of Spice syntax into ADS:
HSpice
PSpice
Spice2G
Spice3
The import dialog is accessed by choosing
File > Import...
from a schematic page.
Select Netlist file and then click on More Options to set up the import options.
