port solver warning

Hello, I am trying to simulate a short floating CPW line without bottom ground in Momentum. I defined ground reference ports associated with relevant single ones (as in ID 182.21 of Knowledge Centre). I have open air boundaries at the top & bottom of substrate definition.

The simulation proceeds okay but issues a warning about "port solver failed to compute propagation constant and Zo". Why is this happening?
Is my structure too short (ID 182.432)? My CPW line is L=5mm, W/S=1/0.3 mm on 635um Alumina. But then I doubled its length and still get the same warning.

Many thanks.
