How to stop adssim recharacterizing n-ports ?

I'm running some transient simulations with hundreds of identical nports (16 port s16p files) and the results seem correct and the speed is not bad once things get going.

However, each simulation takes ages to start, because adssim characterizes each nport independently, ignoring the fact they are all identical.

Is there any way to work around this? I tried various things like editing the 'S16P' file, using the Spectre-syntax "model" definition for the nport (not implemented) etc. In every case it would recharacterize each n-port, so it looks like it does this _after_ circuit flattening.

I'd be _really_ grateful if anyone can think of a way to work around this. Or maybe a new rev of adssim is required?

P.S. happy new year!
