Automatic annotation in schematic and data display

What methods can be used to automatically add textual information to schematics and data displays, so that it is visible when they are printed?

For schematics, I know of the @dname, @ddate and @dtime syntax. What other variables are available? For example, I'd like to have the name of the current user.

For data display, I want to have:
The name of the schematic that the data comes from.
The name of the data display file
The user name of the current user
Date and time of the simulation.
The value of some of the most important design variables.

I've used an equation: current_date_time=date_time(), and displayed that in a list, but the date doesn't seem to update like it should.

I have used a list with some of my variables, but the list produces one column per variable, which is ugly (it would be better with one row), and also creates one line per frequency in my frequency sweep, which is totally unnecessary (and ugly), since the variables doens't vary.

It seems to me that the syntax for automatic textual information on schematics and plots are totally different. Is that true?
