Incorrect results using internal ports

Hi! I am trying to simulate an electromagnetical structure (the layout of a PCB) and I should normally use the internal ports. The problem is that the results are not physical, i.e. at low frequencies (below 1 MHz), the metal traces have about 3 dB attenuation. I suspect this arises from the use of internal uncalibrated ports. Is there any solution for this?

I have also tried the trick to use single ports (I have added some very short lines, so that I can connect the single ports to the borders of metallization), but ADS automatically converts them also to internal type (with warning: Transmission Line Port 1 modified to be an Internal Port, because the deembedding circuit added to calibrate the port overlapped with the circuit).
