What is the difference between these two sources in HARBEC? The manual says INP_PAC behaves like a regular port in Linear sims while the INP behaves like a resistor. They both look to have similar parameters for NL sims.
If I build a simple transistor amplifier and use INP_PAC as the source, I can measure the output power from the device.
If I switch to PAC, the output power will drop to <-200dBm
I am using V2007.03 SP1

To drop a PAC with the appropriate symbol, go to the Parts toolbar/Basic parts/Sources (2nd button from the right), and pick the AC Power source. Alternatively, you can filter for "pac" in the Part Selector and choose the "Source(AC Power)" part which should be the very last one.
I noticed that in example files that the DC sources (VDC)have one port symbols (SIGNAL_GROUND) and the simulations run without problems even though VDC is a two port device.
Grabbing VDC from the Parts Selector brings up a two port symbol and if I leave the "ground" port unconnected, the source will "float" and circuit won't get DC power. Switching the symbol to a One-port and it will behave as if the ground terminal has been grounded.
