When I was registering on my Win2003 platform, using a hardware key, an error occurred.
"This computer Internet Access. Download codes from the webwhen I click Next." I chose this option, with my HASP USB dog plugged in, an error window popped up, saying
"Error
There was an error opening www.eagleware.com. Windows reported the following error:
Access Denied.
This probably means that there is no web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) installed on this computer.)"
Though I DO have IE6 on my server, I installed firefox v2.0 and had another try. The problem remained.
How can I fix it? This stuff(software) cost our Lab. a lot. And we'd like to use it ASAP.
Thanks for notice.

As part of the authorization cycle the program is attempting to contact the web and it does not have the required access rights to do that. I can't diagnose your access rights issues from here, but there are other solutions (such as simply putting the license file into the license directory and ignoring the web license download).
I would recommend you contact the Agilent Support staff directly.
