Could anyone advise me how can I restore the values of inductors from S-parameters taht I`ve got from vendor? I`ve S-parameters on AVX inductor say 2.7nH and I want to restore (display on the graph) dependence of inductance from frequency. I tried use Zports measurement (display imaginary part of complex impedance and divide it by 2*PI) but I think that it`s wrong way. Moreover I see that curve doesn`t look like in AVX Data Sheet. Another moment here. There are several dB and ABS units only. So how to interpret these units in impedance measurements?

Using S-parameter files to characterize components in a simulator is very popular, very widespread and a very bad idea. You may use there files to develope models for use in the simulator.
