Hi,
Since 2008.07, online help is changed to Wiki one.
So when I tried printing some of pages, I couldn't do whole pages but piece of pages.
Do you know how I can print necessary pages I want using printer?
If pdf version is supposed to be available, I want to know since when I can use it.
Thanks,
Umekawa

I cannot ask my customers to install firefox to do it. Each company has their software management policy we cannot change.
Do you know any other workaround to get it around?
Thanks,
Umekawa
One workaround would be to simply print pages from within Genesys Help.

I just printed the wiki help using IE 6 and it was fine. Â What version of IE is exhibiting the problem?
Genesys help doesn't allow me to print whole item but just print page shown in a window.
Used to be, older version's help allows me to print whole interesting item.
If any work-around to work as older version, let me know, please.
Thanks,
Umekawa
I just spoke with one of our Learning Products people and they suggested the following work around (this is a bug and is already reported for 2008.07).
Current Work Around:
1. Go To http://edocs.soco.agilent.com/display/doc/Home
2. Mouse over "GENESYS" and select "GENESYS 2008.07"
3. On the top left of the menu, mouse over "Getting Started" and select "Printing Manuals".
All the documentation in the help is broken up into the following PDF files
"
* Getting Started start.pdf 497kb
* User's Guide users.pdf 8.07Mb
* Simulation sim.pdf 6.34Mb
* Synthesis synth.pdf 5.49Mb
* Element Catalog element.pdf 2.41Mb
* Examples examples.pdf 5.81Mb
"
Printing control is now within the PDF reading application (e.g. Adobe PDF reader).
Thanks for your giving me a work around.
I will ask my customers to use these pdf files for a while.
Thanks agagin,
Umekawa
