I got an amplifier from Agilent (ATF50189), which datasheet only has S parameters. In order to generate a matching circuit, I have to get Z parameter. Can anybody help? Thanks in advance!

We provide a function stoz which does just that. From the User's Guide:
stoz( s, zport )
Converts S parameters to Z parameters. Shortcut:
ZP → stoz( S,ZPORT )
If you have a dataset with the S parameters you can just use dataset.ZP and we will autoconvert it in the dataset.
I did a quick example using bridge-t to look at.
