How would you calculate the voltage or power gain at the 3rd harmonic (or 2nd, 5th,6th,etc.) for an amplifier using the harmonic balance simulation engine? When I calculate the response for a swept input power (or voltage), the response to all of the values of the sweep are displayed as a function of frequency. What I am really interested in, is the output power as a function input power (voltage) at a harmonic-say the 2nd or 3rd.

This is pretty easy to do. The built-in functions for HARBEC (harmonic balance) are documented in the Simulation manual at:

Also note that all of the HARBEC functions are available from the Library Selector. Select the Equation library type and browse the Eagleware Functions library to see the hb_ functions. Double-click one to embed it into your workspace to examine it.

For any particular example it's often easier to write one-off equations (e.g. PPORT[2,2] would be the output power of the 2nd harmonic). If you'd like to provide a specific example I can help with the actual equation wording.
