I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean, but I can give two educated guesses:
1) The most likely thing is that the autoscale is failing since the values are so small. Double-click the graph and manually set the y-axis range.
2) The graphs could be working, but you might not be getting the numbers you expect. Put the same measurement on a table to see if the values are what you expect.
If that doesn't answer your question, you can either post a WSP file or a screen dump (use File/Print Screen in GENESYS, save it to a BMP file, and attach it to a forum message). Or, send the information to support@eagleware.com.
Also, there have been graph improvements in both 2002.09 and 2003.03. If you have a current subscription, I would advise upgrading to 2003.03.
That part of the graphing module (modifying y axis units, among other things) does not work. It is in bug report ref#50482. Apparently Eagleware is in the process of replacing the module.
There is a way to temporarily change the unit settings but it will "reset" when you add/activate another trace.
I think I understand better what you are talking about. In version 8.11, I believe that very small values on the axis labels would show up as zero. It was only a cosmetic problem, and only affected the labels on the graph; the actual traces and values were correct. I just tested myself, and this DEFINITELY works in version 2003.03.
The issue that Sunny alluded to is not related: Under the "Advanced Properties" button, some things are not implemented in GENESYS. Since a few items are available only here, we have chosen to keep the button available even though most things are not implemented. Our intent is to add these few options to the main graph properties window and then remove this button altogether. All of the Y-Axis features on the main graph properties window work as expected.
