I run two different versions of Genesys on my work computer. Two different file locations and two different keys. My personal version is 7.0 while the work version is 2003.1 on maintenence.
How do I upgrade to 2004. when my login is as a 7.0 user?
I tried getting a new user name with a different email account, but this messed up my original 7.0 account and automatically locked me out.
