How to Authorize GENESYS 2004.072006.10

1.Verify the Citrix folder does not exist. If it does, apply the fix and try launching GENESYS again. view

2.Verify 4.99 drivers are installed. This can be seen in “Show My Current License Status…” To install 4.99 drivers please see view

3.Verify license file is in “C:\Program Files\GENESYS200X.XX\License”. This license file can be obtained from eesof_bsc@agilent.com , simply mention your serial number.

4.Verify GENESYS is looking in the correct license location by checking HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Eagleware\GENESYS200X.XX\System –LicensePath is the directory in step 3.
