Hello,
I am using the coupled microstrip model MCN4A. With the following values.
W1=100mil
W2=17mil
S1=20mil
L=500mil
H=60mil
Metal Thickness= 2.84mil
I get this "Local Warning"
MLI Model:For best accuracy, metal thickness should be less than line width. Current values: T=0.072136mm, W=0.02159.
My metal thickness=2.84mil and my line widths are 100mil and 17mil.
Why am I getting this warning? Can I believe my simulation results?
Tony

one of the internal models can cause a false warning message
to be set. This will be corrected in a future release of software-
the model itself won't change; the false setting of the warning
flag will be addressed.
