I am trying to measure Noise Figure of LNA. This LNA works in the DCS Receiver band from 1710 Mhz to 1785 Mhz. So, the LNA has BW more than 75 MHz. Typical gain is 16dB and NF is 0.6dB.

I have Agilent 8973A NFA. What sshould be the measurement BW set on the NFA for this case?. I am using the maximum 4MHz. Is this OK?

There is a duplex filter infront of this LNA and I am measuring the NF of LNA plus the duplex filter. The duplex filter has Il of the order of 1dB in the Rx band of 1710 to 1785Mhz and rolls off heavily on either side. So, when measuring the top channel namely 1785Mhz,if use the measurement BW of 4 MHzwill I be measuring the NF at 1785+4Mhz??? and will get high NF because of the filter loss?. Not able to clearly understand the function of NF measurement BW.
