I have run all the uninstallers I can find (in add/remove programs, and start menu) for BenchVue and Keysight IO libraries suite, but it is still on my computer. How can I get rid of it?
When you say it is still there, can you tell me more? What is still there? BenchVue or IO Libs? Or both? Is it just the icon, or is the program itself failing to uninstall? If you click the icon, what happens?
When I launch Keysight BenchVue I get these error messages:
"No IO Library detected. Please check your IO Library installation and restart BenchVue."
"The Keysight Licensing Service was not found on this computer. Ensure that the Keysight Licensing Service is running to allow Applications to access licensed features."

We have been looking into this. Since most do not have this problem, and it involves multiple installers from different groups, it is hard to diagnose. I had the same problem on my PC, but it is a special case since I install all the pre-released versions for testing purposes. The solution in my case was to update the MSI installer itself! So you might give that a try. I found a link here: [http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=25].
