RBW and power measurements

When I'm measuring WCDMA (5Mhz BW) signals, what should my RBW be? I do an integration but it seems like changing the RBW will affect the accuracy of the power measurement. What is the most accurate value? I always thought the higher the RBW, the more accurate the spectrum view of the signal is, so a higher RBW would be more accurate measurement, is that true?

Also, what about the RBW for measuring CW (small bw) signals in which I'm just measuring the peak for the power level. What should the RBW be?

Are there any other gotchas to check for when measuring power (VBW, ref level)?
