I have 8163B with 81940A module. I installed 816x VXI PnP driver to create Labview program (Labview 8.5) but I don't know how to do.

Using the VXI PnP drivers with Labview, requires installing the driver as you have done and then using a wrapper created by a conversion utility. For recent version of Labview like yours, this is the Labview Instrument Driver Wizard. For older versions of Labview, the procedure is described in this application note.
The wrapper should be created from the same version of the PnP driver that is installed. The current version of our 816x PnP driver is 4.2.1. For this version you can probably use the wrapper files attached to the previous topic in this forum.
"8163B -> sweep-wavelength measurements with tunable laser".
Once you've gotten the driver setup, there are some example programs installed with the 816x driver that you can use to get started.
Probably in a directory like: C:\Program Files\IVI Foundation\VISA\WinNT\hp816x\Examples\LabView
The on-line help with the driver should also be helpful, as well as the 816x Programming Guide.
