Hi there,
I just installed the Logic Analyzer Software 3.8 on our 903 Mainframe and the LA COM Automation 3.8 on the client side.
When I try to test the connection between client and Mainframe, the COM-Connection-Tool always crashs with the following error:
Visual Studio 2005 SP1 Runtime-Libraries for x86 are installed, also the .NET Libraries.
Can you please help me out?
Thanks in advance and best regards,
Michael Mzik

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
Visual Studio 2005 SP1 Runtime-Libraries for x86 are installed, also the .NET Libraries.
Can you please help me out?

No one else has this question
were not properly registered in the Microsoft OS at installation time.
I have only heard of this particular problem once thus far.
In that instance, we uninstalled the VSA software and uninstalled the agLogic main application GUI software.
Then we installed the VSA software version 9.00.0249 which we had been using.
(Note that there is a later version of the VSA software available...)
And then we installed the agLogic main application GUI again.
This uninstall followed by a istalling again allowed everything to work without error.
The system was Windows XP SP3 with .NET 3.5 SP1 and Agilent IO Libraries version 15.0 .
