Hi,
I have a question regarding how to get oscilloscope setup information in the screenshot when taking a screenshot remotely. Manually, this is done by File-Save-Screen and checking the 'Include setup information' checkbox before saving. According to the manual, I get the impression that the command HARDCOPY:FACTORS ON should enable this mode also when taking a screenshot by either SAVE:IMAGE (save locally) or DISPLAY:DATA (transfer to PC). However, that setting doesn't seem to affect the behavior at all.
I know that I can save the oscilloscope setup as a .set file, but my users wants to have the complete info in the screenshot itself. Is this possible? I'm currently using a 9254A scope with latest software.
Best regards,

I am pretty sure, not 100% sure, that you want to turn the hardcopy factors on, and then pull the image with
:disp:data?
hardcopy really refers to an actual printer, but in this case: "FACTors ON is the same as choosing Include Setup Information in the Configure Printer dialog box." or, I think, the save screen image dialog.
also, if you map a network drive, :SAVE:IMAGE will work nicely, and it shoudl reflect wether tat box is checked or not in the gui.
