Hello,
I want to simulate a single balanced diode mixer. First of all I want to find out about the input impedances of LO,RF and IF port - depending on the LO power applied. No bias for the Schottky diode. How do I setup the ADS-simulation to obtain the S-parameters while LOpower is applied. What kind of sources do I need ? Do I run an S-parameter simulation or HB ? I didn't find any explicit example of how to set up the simulation for input impedances.
Thanks for your help.

i select a diode mode in ADS library, exactelly is di_hp_HSMS8101_20000301. i want to simulate to see the real and imaginary part of the impedance.
how to setup in the ADS?
my way is two terminals with diode. run s parameter simulation.
but i doubt about the result in the smith chart.
when the terminal is 50ohm, real part result got from ADS is like Zo*1 which means 50ohm, but when i changed terminal to 200ohm, the real part result is almost same Zo*1 which means 200ohm.
and the imaginary part is different.
so the diode real part impedance can automatically chang to match the terminal?
pl help explain. thanks in advance.
