Touchstone Files with More than 99 Ports?

Is there a way to create touchstone files with more than 99 ports?  Momentum seems OK with more than 99 ports but when I try to create a touchstone file using the dftool available from a data display window the file extension defaults to s99p.  I also notice that I don't know how to creat a SnP block when n is larger than 99.  Is there a way?  Splitting original network in several pieces is not an option.
