hi,
 i have been trying to transfer .s2p files from pna to remote pc via ic-cap. i have uptil now used 2 methods.

Method 1:
The code for method 1 is given below.
_______________________________________________

dum = HPIB_WRITE(fn,PNA,"CALC:DATA:SNP? 2")

dum = HPIB_READ(fn,PNA,100000,"A","x")

print x

IDN = SYSTEM$("touch MyData12.s2p")

PRINTER IS "MyData12.s2p"
_________________________________________________

The above code transfers s2p data from the current window in the pna to the pc. The only problem with this code is that it sends the .s2p data in a format that cannot be used in any external simulator like ADS.

In the second method i tried to use the MMEM:TRAN command to transfer data, but it is not working. It could be bcoz im not writting the correct syntax for this command. The code for method 2 is given below.
___________________________________________________
dum = HPIB_WRITE(fn,PNA,"MMEMory:TRANsfer '1.s2p'")

dum = HPIB_READ(fn,PNA,100000,"A","x")

print x

IDN = SYSTEM$("touch MyData1.s2p")

PRINTER IS "MyData1.s2p"

Kindly mention the correct method to use the MMEM:TRAN command or any other methos to transfer file from pna to remote PC.
Thanks
