Hi all,
how the yield optimizer is working so that I get a FinalYield that is worse than the InitialYield?
In a band pass filter made with MCFIL elements (parallel coupled lines)with tolerances on widths, and spacing, I run a yield optimization.
After optimization has finished, I got a FinalYield result of 74.5% while the InitialYield was 92%.
If I included also lengths and Er as statistical variables, the result is even worst.
Please explain this.
