I assume you are looking for a voltage controlled source of some kind!?
There are several voltage controlled sources shipped with ADS. You can find the on the "Sources - Controlled" palette.
VCVS : Voltage Controlled Voltage Source
VCCS : Voltage Controlled Current Source
