Pad and inductor sims

I am using a silicon substrate for designing RF circuits. I have a few questions:

1. I will be measuring the chips using a probe station. The bottom of the chip in this case would be a DC ground, but not an RF ground. How should I define this in the stack setup?

2. I am designing inductors with no ground shield. How should I setup the simulations so that the return current path (the substrate in this case) is simulated accurately? Specifically, how do I tell the simulator where the ground is, because I don't have a port for ground in the circuit?

3. I also need to simulate the pads (either GSG or GSGSG configurations). Physically, the signal is incident onto the pad in the z-axis (x and y being in the top metal plane). How should I setup this simulation?
