I wanted to implement a simple Gain amplifier with A=32. Which component can I use in ADS to do this.

Correct Answer
Use the Amplifer2 component.
Assuming you mean 32 dB gain with "A=32", set:
S21=dbpolar(32,0)
(32 db Gain with 0 deg phase shift)
