Hi,
I am monitoring a sine wave output from scope, sometimes, its phase changes. Is there any way I can put the first sine wave still, and the rest of the sine wave is just adding to the first wave form? So that, after running for a long time, I can see any distortion.
thanks

I am somewhat confused about the statement of monitoring the output from the scope, I assume you are referring to the 10MHz output. In order to see the phase shift you must be making a delta time measurement. Can you tell me what the two signals are coming from? It also depends if they are synchronous and the stability of the trigger signal.
One idea is to use the Display setup and set the persistence to infinite and over time you can see the shift. I also would recommend using histogram to determine the shift peak to peak value.
I think I need much more information to adequately answer your question.
