I have a question how to use scope to measure the glitch on the signal?
how is the glitch looks like?
can anyone provide a picture illustration?
how can tell measure glitch-free to within Xns?
I appreciate your help!!!

Hardware glitch trigger description (from help file):
Select positive or negative polarity, width to capture glitches as narrow as 500 ps. Set triggers on pulse width >t, or <t. Successive pulses must be separated by at least 2.5 ns and 5 ns to meet the accuracy specification (1.5 ns to 20 ns and 20 ns to 160 ms ranges respectively)
Another tool which you can use would be the InfiniiScan Software Identification tool (N5414A). It uses post processing to search through the memory waveform for the glitch. There are a few methods within InfiniiScan that you can explore:
1. Measurement Mode: This is quite similar to the hardware glitch trigger and it could trigger on very smaller glitch (<100ps).
2. Zone Quality Mode: Draw a zone anyway on the screen where you expect a glitch will happen. If the glitch touches the zone, the waveform is triggered.
3. Runt Mode: You can define the voltage thresholds and hysterisis of a glitch. If the glitch matches the criteria, the scope triggers it.
