I want to differentiate RJ, DJ, PJ of my DUT's random data and clock signal as shown in the EZJIT PLUS.
There are no problems to measure Jitter for Clock signal.
The problem is measuring a random data signal.
Agilent's EZJIT s/w couldn't even catch the random data.
I tried to capture the random signal with Real Eye and EZZIT PLUS, but we couldn't capture.
1. Can EZJIT measure only for periodic signal?
2. How do I measure DJ,PJ, TJ on a random data.

No. EZJIT can also measure non-periodic signal with the arbitrary mode in EZJIT Plus. If you refer to the pdf at page 14, the ISI filter (arbitrary mode) describes how we could achieve that.
2. Would you advise us how we can measure DJ,PJ, TJ on a random data.
When using the arbitrary mode, there 2 element important settings, ISI filter lead and lag. The lag setting is how many previous edges and lead for the future edges to be considered for the ISI calculation.
Setting a very high value will take the scope a longer time to do the calculation but the results will be more accurate. However, the optimum ISI filter lead or lag setting could be determined through results collected with different ISI filter lead and lag settings.
