I have a DSO81204B, with Version 5.20.001
Whenever I turn it on, it goes through the normal boot process, then I get an error dialog, that says the 'Infiniium Application' needs to close.
Once it's closed, it starts up just fine. I have removed everything else from the Startup Menu, and looked with msconfig tosee if there are any other funky applications starting.
I have attched a zipfile with screen shots of the dialog boxes.
This has just started in the last few weeks.
Any ideas???

Since yesterday, quite a bit has happened. After several more failures to install, I ran a recovery pass. After several failures to get 5.20 to install, it fianlly worked, but I'm pretty much back where I started. The app won't start on boot, and now it won't start at all. It says that SICL32.dll is missing. I'm going to try another uninstall/reinstall pass.
For more info in what I've done since yesterday, see the email I sent to dnt and dmole.
To fix this error, copy SICL32.dll to the windows system directory and the error should not come up again. You do not need to register this dll.
