NA Noise Related Question

I would like to obtain a better understanding of my network analyzer measurements as one approaches the noise floor.

Let's say my NA is set up to make two port measurements and I have performed a 2 port calibration.

If my network analyzer were put in continuous signal mode (no sweep) and a perfect load were placed at port 1, and I read approximately  negative 120 dB  for an S21 measurement.    Does this imply that my NA noise floor is negative 120 dB and that I will be measuring an associated 0.2 micro*Volts of noise plus the sum of all the other system residual errors?  (Note:  when I use the term "approximate" I mean within 1/100 of 0.2 micro*volts).

If this analysis is not correct, then you can you please tell me what the negative 120 dB is measuring in both dB and voltage units?
