High-temp Cal & Sensitivity Calculation

Question asked by labd138 on Apr 28, 2011
Hi all,

I have done some dielectric measurements using 85070E High-temp probe in the following manner:

1.Performed calibration using air/short/water
2.Re-measured air - values for e' and e" were not so accurate and thus i did a refresh Cal and then they were fine. How often do you have to perform a refresh Cal?
3.Re-measured water
4. Measured the permittivity of an unknown sample.

After, these I have tried to calculate the overall accuracy. What I would like to ask is when calculating the delta uncertainty of the water used for cal, which permittivity value is considered, that measured in step 3?

Thanks for your help.
