I have experienced a problem installing the brand new ADS2003A.
For some reason the installation of the .deb files was impossible. It seemed that cygwin had some kind of PATH conflict.
The problem was that I'm using " mks toolkit".
Workaround is to rename msk PATH in Control Panel/System Variables.

Was the problem that mks has a version of Cygwin in its installation, and that interfered with the ADS2003A installer?
Did you try adding an entry to the PATH variable so that the ADS2003A installation directory was searched before the mks directory.
