How to use connecting guidelines in layout
I bring a component to layout to the schematic. The white doted guidelines show where the connection supposes to happen. How do I just pick the guide as to add a PATH or TRACE to where follow the conection? ???

The dotted line that you are seeing is simply a visual guide showing where the nodal connection exists in the Schematic representation. When you place the component in the Layout window you will notice that this dotted line disappears.
The line is merely a visual guide and is not a representation of an actual connection in the Layout. In order to make the actual connection in the Layout, you can either place the components so that the pins of the two components are coincidental, or you can place to component elsewhere and manually draw a trace to complete the connection. Since the guide line disappears as soon as the component is placed, it is not possible to simply select it and convert it into a trace.
Hope this helps.
