We are using passive components based upon individual S-parameter files which in turn are referenced via a dsrc file.
This is as given in the:
>>Support Example: Demo Board, SMD Design Kit<<
Question:
Is there a way to tune or sweep such a component, e.g. via sweeping the resp. index?
Best regards,
Ingo

I don't have ADS available right now, but I did look in the AEL code for the Board_LL1608FH component which is in the SMD Design kit. It does have a "Variable Part Index" defined.
Select it and the list of values will change to a single entry box. Here you can enter the index value which selects which file to use. The index is an integer 0 - N. You should be able to tune/sweep this index directly in the component, or define a variable and then sweep/tune the variable.
