Remote control of N9340B with TCPIP socket

I would like to remote control (with SCPI) N9340B spectrum analyzer with one of the following: simple TCPIP socket or telnet.
I know other Agilent devices I use has both options: telnet with port 5023 and socket with 5025.
For some reason my N9340B has none of the ports above open for listening.
I did manage to control the device with Agilent Connection Expert with VISA. However, my application doesn't have VISA, so I
need to control the device with a simple TCPIP socket.
Is it possible to run a TCPIP server socket (or telnet server) on the N9340B?

Thank you,
