Is there a SCPI sequence of commands that will allow for acquisition of the (frequency, dBc) data pairs when taking
a phase noise mode measurement using the phase noise personality. I have successfully used the file-save in the csv format and then MMEM:DATA command
to retrieve the (frequency, dBm) pairs of a spectrum analyzer mode measurement. However, it seems that the in phase-noise mode, I can only save a file
as .LPT, which when retrieved, is a bunch of binary symbols. Thanks, Sam

This information is found in the PSA Phase Noise Guide (http://cp.literature.agilent.com/litweb ... -90328.pdf) on page 115.
Here’s what the manual says:
The “fetch:lplot2?” command returns three comma-separated scalar values corresponding to the following measurements values: 1. Number of x/y values in trace 1, 2. Number of x/y value pairs in Trace 2, 3. Number of x/y value pairs in Trace 3.
The “fetch:lplot3?” command returns a comma-separated list of the data points from Trace 1. The number of data points in the trace depends on the implementation and the frequency range being measured. This can be found using the “:LPLOT2?” above
